Sample/s: 

1. It is better for customer to provide us the detailed specifications of their wanted sample/s, alternatively customer can also choose our mill standard models as the sample/s.

2. The sample/s will be charged with the same unit price we quoted to customer.

3. We strongly recommend customer to use their own express account to ship the sample/s by remote pickup. If customer does not have any express account, we can help them to arrange the shipment, and the express freight will be charged together with the sample/s' cost.

4. All the charges we got from customer for their sample/s, including sample/s' cost, express freight, modifying fee, etc, will be fully refunded to customer in their future orders.

Quality Control: 

1. Before production, 100% of incoming raw material will be inspected, such as our mill tests to the insulation of raw material.

2. At production of heating wires, 100% of our self-produced heating wires will be tested, including heating conductor aging test, heating conductor resistance inspection, the unqualified sections will be eliminated, and they can not be recycled.

3. At production of heating cables and mats, 100% of the finished cables and mats will be tested, including heating conductor resistance inspection, HV (high voltage) test of inner insulation, HV test of outer insulation, heating cable resistance inspection, grounding test, waterproof test of connection.

4. Before dispatch, HV test of outer insulation, heating cable resistance inspection, visual inspections to the heating cables, mats and their packagings.

Trade Terms: 

1. Payment Term: T/T 30% deposit for the production after order confirmed, the balance after product ready before shipment. Or paypal for small amount / samples.

2. Lead Time: Normally in 15 - 20 days after deposit received.

3. Load Port: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.

4. Discounts: We offer discount for large quantity or repeat orders.

Means of Transportation: 

1. Products shipped by DHL / TNT / FedEx / UPS express take 3 to 5 days to arrive.

2. By air cargo take about one week to arrive.

3. By sea take about a month to arrive.

4. Depending on the order quantty and your actual requirements.
